LPGA golfer Charley Hull has taken the interwebs by storm, having gone viral in the buildup to this week’s U.S. Women’s Open.
While Hull will hope to dazzle fans with her swing, it’s not why she’s become a bit more popular ahead of the tournament. She’s done so by simply smoking cigarettes.
Hull was spotted taking in a few drags while signing autographs at Lancaster Country Club on Tuesday afternoon. She seemed quite good at it, as she wasn’t even using her hands.
This has to be one of the most surprising scenes from the golf world this year, and we are counting Scottie Scheffler’s arrest.
You can check her out in the video below:
A Twitter/X user noted that smoking cigs on the golf course is nothing new for Hull, who is said to have burned through seven of them during one of her rounds at the Mizuho Americas Open in New Jersey earlier this month.
For the most part, she’s won over some new fans.
