Mariah Carey’s day to day routine looks exactly as you’d imagine it.
The superstar, 54, who is a self-professed diva, posted a playful look at her schedule to the tune of her own song Obssessed on her Instagram page earlier this week.
Unsurprisingly to her loyal fans, Mariah’s day included working out in a red carpet-ready outfit and relaxing by reading her own autobiography.
At the beginning of the video, Mariah – who recently split from Bryan Tanaka – can be seen toning her limbs on a leg press machine, sporting a gold dress and heels.
Mariah is naturally sporting full glam and blown out locks, as she plays into her reputation and says: ‘I’m Mariah Carey – of course this is my work out ensemble!’

Moments later, Mariah can be seen lying in bed wearing feather-cuffed pyjamas and still sporting a full beat of make-up.
She says to the camera: ‘I’m Mariah Carey – of course I have my glam squad on standby’, as they move into the shot to touch up her make-up.
Mariah is later seen wearing a hot pink Versace robe as she lounges by the pool, wearing a pair of aviator sunglasses.
She tips the sunglasses down and says: ‘I’m Mariah Carey – of course I’m reading my own book!’, revealing the cover of her memoir, The Meaning Of Mariah Carey.
Mariah, who was sporting a selection of diamond jewellery, then shakes her head at the camera as if it would be shocking for her to read anything else.
Finally, Mariah lounges on a bed outside beside two of her five Jack Russell Terriers, who are being stroked by two women, who appear to be members of her staff.
As Mariah relaxed in the idyllic setting, which boasts a waterfall, she says: ‘I’m Mariah Carey – of course my dogs get pampered after they poo!’

In December, Mariah’s longtime beau Bryan confirmed their split after a swirl of breakup rumors surfaced. Bryan, 40, posted an Instagram message officially announcing that he and the pop star ended their relationship after seven years.
He maintained that the split was ‘amicable’ and ‘mutual’ and expressed his ‘overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared.’
‘Dear friends and fans,’ he began his lengthy message: ‘With mixed emotions, I share this personal update regarding my amicable separation from Mariah Carey after seven extraordinary years together.’
He insisted: ‘Our decision to embark on different paths is mutual, and as we navigate these separate journeys, we do so with profound respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared.’
